Can I keep my number?
Absolutely! IParigon will assist you in transferring your numbers from your current carrier.
Will I be able to manage the PBX myself?
Our monthly price per extension includes support and some changes. If you prefer to make routine changes yourself, we can give you access for a small monthly fee. Please contact us for more information.
Can my phones be used at home?
Our phones connect to your home network, the only additional hardware needed is a power adapter.
What if I don’t want or need a desk phone?
We offer a variety of options, ask us about phone free communication.
Can I integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We will work with your Microsoft administrator to set this up. Additional fees may apply.
Is there an app?
Each hosted extension includes a mobile app and a desktop app. If you are integrated with Microsoft Teams, you can use their app for calling as well.
What kind of headset can I use?
We offer and support Yealink headsets. We don’t support other headsets.
